INVITING THE MEDICINE (ITM)

ITM is an original coaching and teaching method that weaves together the study and practice of linguistics, performance studies, devised theater, raja and nada yoga, and multicultural leadership and coaching techniques.

ITM is a step-by-step method, progressively designed to bring awareness to body, emotions, mind and connection to a higher source in the following eight steps:

1. GROUNDING

2. BELONGING

3. ACTING

4. SHARING

5. CLEANSING

6. FOCUSING

7. SURRENDERING

8. RESTING

Each step contains a blend of theory and practice, creative and scientific research, and useful tips for spiritual, mental, emotional and physical health!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

ITM is a journey that can be taken several times in a lifetime. Ideally, participants will be able to dedicate two weeks to each step and complete the journey in four months. The journey unfolds and after finishing Step 8 and a period of assessment and rest, participants can start again from Step 1. It is a spiraling, rather than a linear, path.

As a traveler you have a few options:

1. Take One Step (One Session)

2. Take the Full Journey (8 Session Packet)

Coaching Tools:

Nutrition, Yoga, Voice and Movement Training, Writing, Astrology
