Workshop offered at Justice Hotel at 6018/North in Chicago, organized by Rhonda Wheatley. During the workshop we talked about the importance of balancing storytelling with quietness. Rest, a natural necessity for humans, is becoming more and more difficult to get. As part of our work as theatre makers, leaders and healers, we must learn how to rest, breathe, and quiet the mind.
