Who is Dr.B?

I was born and raised in Siena, Italy. From  my culture of origin I employ taste, style, respect for traditions,  and the meticulous balance of innovation and elegance that is the staple of Italian style.

I have traveled the world since an early age, and I thrive in multicultural environments. I hold a M.A. and Ph.D. in Performance Studies from New York University, a Certificate in Sound Healing from the New York Open Center, an Advanced Yoga Teacher Training from the International Center for Yoga Education and Research in Pondicherry, India, and an advanced training in Corporate Diversity and Inclusion from the Office of Institutional Diversity and Equity at DePaul University in Chicago.

Sharing of knowledge, and its distillation into wisdom, is what fills my days with hope and gratitude. Access to external knowledge is, ultimately, a blessed way to get to know oneself, value one’s worth and enjoy a beautiful life.

My Wildest

I created My Wildest on new year's eve, 2018, after years of distilling wisdom from various cultures and historical periods. My need and hope, in creating this brand and method, is to offer various tools to people to overcome fear of success, and embrace their wildest selves. While training as a yoga teacher, I was unsure how to manage my wildest side, my "edge." I was finally abel to design a method that honors people's choices as part of a large universal matrix of energy, beyond judgment and fear.

My Wildest is, ultimately, a way of life. Human beings are born with specific qualities, talents and tendencies. We go through life learning behaviors and rehearsing the tone of voice, choice of language, and gestures that constitute our "identity." My Wildest is a method that teaches people how to become aware of their rehearsed behaviors, and achieve their highest potential by manipulating breath, emotional, and thinking patterns.

I use this work in academia, corporate, medical and judicial settings. I have taught in schools, universities, foundations, non-profits, colleges, jails and hospices.

What is your story? How does it define you? How do you use your words? What does your body say?
